For the 23rd edition of the International Bakery and Pastry Fair, MLC products are displayed on the stands of our partners Maison de Wyrsch and Foodgates, among all its products we find the new brand Coeur de Normandy which makes its first appearance in China.
Our ranges of cream, butter and milk are produced in Normandy, with 100% Norman milk, in suitable formats and meeting the taste and technical requirements of Chinese professionals.
